As a starter, we recommend the Cream of Spinach Soup with Radish and Corn, which sets the perfect spring mood.
We also introduce a new dish: Strozzapreti with Asparagus, Butter and Parmesan. This light and fresh dish combines traditional Italian strozzapreti pasta with the flavors of spring. The entire combination is perfectly enriched with butter, while Parmesan adds its distinctive taste.
For true gourmets, we prepare the Lamb, with Potatoes, Peas, Edamame and Parsley. This dish is a fresh and balanced combination of tender lamb and light green sides.
To finish on a sweet note, we recommend a light dessert in the form of Basil and Vanilla Panna Cotta.
