Our chef, Radek Rosota and his team carefully prepare the menu and special menu from seasonal ingredients. Radek is known for his creativity, imagination and love for Asian and European cuisine. He demonstrates all this and more to our guests daily through his dishes.
A wide range of regional and international wines, which you can sample in our restaurant, is the perfect complement to our excellent cuisine. Beer lovers can choose from local production from the Znojmo brewery or the world-famous brand Budweiser.
